About SandMorph
Every grain is real sand.
Every piece in SandMorph is made of real falling sand. Drop it and it pours, slides and piles up. Join one colour from the left wall to the right wall and the whole bridge clears.
Cross ten hand-painted lands with Morph, your sand sprite, dig up buried relics to rebuild ten ancient artifacts, and take on a fresh Daily Dune and Weekly Challenge. It is a block puzzle where the blocks behave like the real thing — wet sand holds a cliff, water settles flat, lightning fuses glass and seeds grow into vines.

How to play SandMorph

Pick a piece
Choose a piece from the tray beneath the board.

Aim and drop
Drag across the board to aim, then lift your finger. The piece turns into falling sand.

Bridge a colour
Join one colour from the left wall to the right wall and the whole bridge clears.

Keep the dunes low
Plan where sand will settle so the board never fills to the top.

Yes. The Daily Dune, Endless Flow, the first two Expedition lands and the first 20 Puzzle Journey stages are free forever. A single one-time purchase unlocks the rest — no ads and no subscriptions.
Does SandMorph have ads?
No. SandMorph has no ads, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Does SandMorph work offline?
Yes. You can play without a connection; leaderboards and iCloud sync update when you are back online.
Will I lose my progress if I change phone?
No. Progress is backed up to your own iCloud account and comes back automatically when you sign in with the same Apple Account.
Is SandMorph on iPad and Mac?
Yes. It has a layout made for iPad and runs on Macs with Apple silicon, with game controller and keyboard support.
