Agreement

By downloading or using SandMorph (the "App"), made by Vexly Studio, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App.

Free to try and the Full game purchase

SandMorph is free to download. The Daily Dune, Endless Flow, the first two Expedition lands and the first 20 Puzzle Journey stages are free. A single optional in-app purchase, "Full game", unlocks the rest of the game. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and can be restored at no cost on your devices through Restore purchase in the App. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Your content

Pieces you draw in the shape workshop and photos you save from photo mode are yours. They stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Game Center and iCloud

Leaderboards, achievements, friends' scores and iCloud progress sync are provided by Apple and are optional. Their availability depends on Apple's services.

Availability and changes

We may update the App to add features, fix bugs or change content. We aim to keep your progress through updates, but we cannot guarantee the App will always be available or error free.

Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vexly Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
