How to play

Tap BUILD to place rooms, hire staff from the STAFF tab, and keep patients moving from reception to the GP and on to the right treatment room. Tap the stars at the top for your goals, and the help book in the main menu for the full handbook.

Is there an account or login?

No. Bedside Manor has no accounts or sign-in. Just open it and play.

Will I lose my progress if I change phone or reinstall?

No, as long as you are signed in to the same iCloud account. Your progress is backed up to your own iCloud. You can also use Back up and Restore under Settings.

I bought the Full game. How do I get it on another device?

Open the unlock screen from the main menu and tap Restore.

What is free and what is in the Full game?

The first hospitals are free to play. The one-time Full game purchase unlocks the rest of the world tour. There are no ads and no subscriptions.

Leaderboards are not showing

Leaderboards use Game Center. Sign in from the iPhone Settings app under Game Center, then open Bedside Manor again.

The Gallery is empty or will not upload

The Gallery needs an internet connection and for you to be signed in to iCloud in the iPhone Settings app.

How do I report or remove a hospital in the Gallery?

Open the hospital in the Gallery and tap Report, or hide everything by that author. To remove one of your own uploads, open it and tap Delete. We review reports and remove anything that breaks the community rules.

Accessibility

Bedside Manor labels its text for VoiceOver, supports Reduce Motion, has a colour-blind friendly option, resizable layouts on iPad and Mac, and keyboard shortcuts. Find the options in Settings.

Languages

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Russian. Change it under Settings, Language.
