Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Agreement
By downloading or using Bedside Manor: Hospital Tycoon (the "App"), made by Vexly Studio, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App.
Free to try and the Full game purchase
Bedside Manor is free to download, with the first hospitals free to play. A single optional in-app purchase, "Full game", unlocks the rest of the world tour. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and can be restored at no cost on your devices through Restore in the App. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
The public Gallery and community rules
The Gallery lets players share hospitals. You are responsible for what you upload. There is no tolerance for hospital names, player names or content that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, bullying or that shares personal information or infringes anyone's rights. We filter obviously rude names, but you can also report any hospital or hide everything by an author from inside the App. We review reports and will remove content that breaks these rules and may block repeat offenders from uploading. You can delete your own uploads at any time.
Game Center and iCloud
Leaderboards, achievements, friends' scores and iCloud backup are provided by Apple and are optional. Their availability depends on Apple's services.
Availability and changes
We may update the App to add features, fix bugs or change content. We aim to keep your progress through updates, but we cannot guarantee the App will always be available or error free.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vexly Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
